Purpose and legal basis of data processing (Art. 13 (1) lit of the DSGVO)
We use the personal data collected for the purpose of registration for THI events and its registration.

Recipient or groups of recipients of personal data (art. 13 (1) lit e,f of the DSGVO)
The THI will not pass on your data to third parties in our outside Germany.
 
Your obligation to provide the personal data / possible consequences of non-providing
(Art. 13 (2) lit e of the DSGVO)
All participants are requested to provide the personal data in our application form. Without this personal data an application or participation at the event will not be possible.

Scheduled storage of your personal data (Art. 13 (2) lit a of the DSGVO)
Your data will be deleted latest 6 months after the event, unless there is a legal obligation for it to be archived.
 
Your right of access to your data, to rectify your data, to restrict the data processing, to have your data deleted and to data portability (Art. 13 (2) lit b, 15 to 18,20 of the DSGVO)
According to Art. 15 of the DSGVO you have the right to be informed which personal data is stored  for which purpose. Also, you have the right to be informed to whom we pass on the personal data and where the data was coming from if you did not provide it. (Art. 15 of the DSGVO). If you believe the stored personal data is incorrect the data must be rectified (Art 16 of the DSGVO) or the data must not be used until its acuracy is confirmed. (Art. 18 of the DSGVO). Where any personal data is no longer required for its original purpose, an individual can demand that the processing is stopped and all their personal data is erased. (Art. 17 of the DSGVO).
Based on Art. 20 of the DSGVO you or another responsible person are entitled to have all personal data provided by you earlier, made available to you in a structured, usual, machine-readable form.

Your right of appeal (Art. 13 (2) lit d, Art. 77 of the DSGVO)
If you suspect the data processing of your personal data might violate the DSGVO you have the right of complaint at a supervisory authority (Art. 77 of the DSGVO) independently of the right of appeal at another court or administrative court.

Your right to revoke arising from a special circumstance (“atypical constellation”) –
(Art. 21 of the DSGVO)
You have the right to revoke the processing of your personal data following the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit e or f of the DSGVO wholly or partially at any time for reasons arising from a potentially existing special circumstance. Within the context the situation of the case has to be atypical for the participant. The partial or complete termination of the data processing for the stated purposes is only to be considered if there are no other mandatory reasons worthy of protection present for further data processing which outweigh your own interests, rights or liberties or if the further data processing serves the purpose of the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
